Your role as a specialist assistant nurse means, among other things: Supervising and supporting the nursing staff in various nursing situations, including preventing and alleviating BPSD symptoms. BPSD administrator, you are a support and collaborate with the other administrators at the home in BPSD planning, action plans, treatment plans. Supports the contact person in implementation plans, among other things. Supports the care prevention representatives in their role, we work based on a preventive approach. We work based on IBIC and are developing our documentation. You provide support to our documentation representatives and to the nursing staff. You will lead and distribute the work in the morning and afternoon based on user focus and work closely with the unit managers at the accommodation. You are a good ambassador for your profession as a specialist nurse in Boden municipality. You will work closely with and be supported by the Development Supervisor and the Dementia Care Developer. You will receive regular professional nursing supervision in groups together with other specialist nurses by a certified professional supervisor. You will also receive training according to your needs.
