JOB DESCRIPTION We warmly welcome your application for a summer temp position from June 29 to August 16 at Erikslunden’s dementia care facility, Bersån unit! We are looking for someone who wants to be part of providing excellent care and support to our residents. In the role of nursing assistant with us, you will have the opportunity to create the best living environment for our residents based on a person-centered approach. You will work with care and professionalism in collaboration with the rest of the team and in close contact with our residents. This also involves fostering good cooperation with other professional groups and family members. Main duties include: Meeting residents’ individual needs for care and support, performing delegated healthcare tasks in accordance with the Health and Medical Care Act, documentation, and service-related tasks. QUALIFICATIONS A degree in nursing and care or training as a nursing assistant. Experience with dementia and elder care is a plus. You are confident in documenting and using the various systems required for the job. You are fluent in spoken and written Swedish, as the job involves contact with clients, family members, documentation, and reading information related to the work. Knowledge and experience in medication management and prior experience with medication delegation are a plus. A Class B driver’s license is a plus. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
