We welcome your application! WORK TASKS In personal assistance, your users may consist of both older and younger people with disabilities. Examples of tasks include supporting the user in their everyday life, leisure and care tasks. The tasks are the usual tasks that occur in health and social care. The work takes place in the users' own homes Working hours vary, it can be day, evening and weekend or night and day shifts / day. QUALIFICATIONS You must be at least 18 years old and it is an advantage if you have an educational background from the Nursing Program or equivalent, or if you have worked in healthcare before. As a person, we want you to be flexible, sensitive to the needs of others, careful, service-oriented, solution-focused and have a good attitude. You will also be able to work well with your manager, colleagues and other professionals, and you will be able to work both independently and in a team. During your shift, you are responsible for ensuring that the user receives safe and secure care. Good knowledge of the Swedish language is required, both spoken and written, some users may receive English-speaking staff. If you are considered for employment, you will be offered an introduction.
