On behalf of the Municipal Board, we have the coordinated responsibility for the municipality's personnel and salary policy, initiate and run development work in the personnel and salary area, and follow up on how municipal-wide decisions are handled in the business. Other duties include providing advice and support as well as service in areas such as salary, pension and contract insurance. As one of our system specialists goes to other work, we are now looking for a replacement who has a great interest in the system area. WORK DUTIES As a system specialist, you will mainly work with operation and maintenance of our staff and schedule system, but also with adaptations and improvements. This means that you will plan and carry out runs, analyze incidents and support cases, and participate in version updates. The work also involves producing statistics and output data. You have many things going on at the same time and you will work closely with your colleagues in the department but also have external contacts. The work is varied and since our personnel system is a key system in our municipality, the cases often need to be dealt with quickly. QUALIFICATIONS You have a completed post-secondary education in programming, system development or other comparable education and/or experience that the employer deems equivalent. Otherwise, it is advantageous if you have: * Experience in Payroll or system administration * Experience of working with development work * Experience of working in Timecare * Experience of working in Personec P with associated applications. *Experience of the municipal collective agreements * Good experience with Excel It is important that you are educational and service-oriented. You will share the assignment with another colleague so you must be a good team player. You need to be good at solving problems, think logically and also be creative. You need to be able to prioritize and also be prepared to reprioritize. As a person, you are responsible and meticulous. You have a good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing.
