The Employment and Education Administration has overall responsibility for integration, labor market, education and employment issues that affect our municipality's residents. The administration is also responsible for the Cultural School and the food supply, and performs tasks for the medical and psychological part of student health in municipal preschool class, compulsory school, adapted compulsory school, upper secondary school and adapted upper secondary school. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES You will teach in the primary school. You will work closely with other teachers in the school and after-school teachers. In addition to this, you will: - be a class teacher and mentor in a class starting in year 3 and then taking on a year 1 class. - be responsible for teaching the theoretical subjects and art. - be responsible for planning, implementing, assessing and documenting your work - together with other teachers in the school, contribute to a positive and meaningful school day where knowledge development and social training are in focus QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who are a licensed teacher with authorization to teach F-3. Experience and authorization in more subjects is an advantage. - You can work independently, have good social skills and are responsible and committed. - You have a positive and professional approach towards students, parents and colleagues. - You have good leadership skills with a clear lesson structure, clear expectations and you build good relationships. - You are flexible and able to adapt to changing business needs.
