The Employment and Education Administration has overall responsibility for integration, labor market, education and employment issues that affect our municipality's residents. We have a preparatory class for newly arrived students, an adapted primary school and ISB - International School of Boden. The school is organized in four teams, where each team has a special educator who also acts as team leader. We have skilled and committed educators who work in a strong sharing culture with a common goal: that each student should develop as far as possible based on his or her conditions. Our well-developed local student health team consists of the principal, deputy principals, special educators, school counselor, school nurse, school psychologist and study and career counselors. Teaching will be your main task, but as a teacher you also have the role of contact teacher for a group of students and in that role you create the best conditions for the students to develop, thrive and feel safe. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who are a qualified and licensed teacher of German. We want you to be open to varied working methods, collaboration and school development. In addition, you have good pedagogical insights and are well acquainted with the school's governing documents and systematic quality work. Your pedagogical and social skills make you easy to connect with people and you are therefore also good at communicating your knowledge to our students.
