We have overall responsibility for integration, labor market, education, and employment issues affecting our municipality’s residents. The department is also responsible for the Culture School, food services, and student health. The schoolyard has also been updated and is spacious, equipped for both physical activity and social interaction. Mårängskolan has just over 400 students from preschool through 6th grade. JOB DESCRIPTION You will be a homeroom teacher for a first-grade class and part of a team of teachers and after-school staff who collaborate on matters such as students, planning, assessment, and parent communication. You will have the opportunity to learn both from and with others while sharing your knowledge and experience. An important part of our development work is the municipality’s joint development initiative BUUS (Boden Develops Education Systematically), an effort to improve quality and equity. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for a certified teacher for grades F-3 or 1-7 with broad subject qualifications. You have strong collaboration skills and create a calm and safe classroom environment where students achieve good results based on their individual circumstances and abilities. You are a positive, dedicated educator with an interest in school development and collaborative learning. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
