WORK TASKS For Hedens skola we are now looking for a committed and flexible teacher for grades 4-6, with main responsibility for teaching English in grade 4 during this school year. The position is combined with an assignment as a special education resource, where you collaborate with our special education team and relieve with some targeted efforts to students in need of special support. About the position: You will be responsible for planning, teaching and assessment in English for Years 4-6. Collaborate with colleagues in the team on teaching and student health work. Participate in the special education work at the school, for example by providing targeted support to individual students or groups. Participate in surveys and pedagogical investigations. Acting as a support to teaching staff in the inclusive work. QUALIFICATIONS You have a teaching degree with authorization to teach Swedish and English grades 4-6. We are looking for you who have experience of or a special interest in special education work. Are collaborative, flexible and confident in your teaching role. Have a good ability to create structure, good relationships and an inclusive classroom climate. Are used to documenting pupils' development and providing clear feedback to pupils and guardians.
