As Team Manager, you are part of the organization's management team together with the operations manager, quality manager and other team managers. The business applies working time reduction by 5 hours a week. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES -As Team Manager, you will be responsible for running and developing the business and be responsible for staff, work environment and finances. -Together with colleagues, develop the business in accordance with legislation, current evidence and in accordance with assignments from political leadership. -Responsible for processing, documentation and planning. You have worked as a manager or supervisor in the exercise of authority, preferably have a documented leadership training and experience of working in a politically controlled organization. As a person, you take initiative, act with confidence and work in a solution-oriented manner to adapt, develop and run our operations. You are a good collaborator both internally and externally, you are clear in your communication, and you are able to convey your message fluently both orally and in writing.
