We offer external supervision, continuous training and active participation in development work to meet social changes and new legal requirements. The business applies working time reduction by 5 hours a week. Team Individual is one of the four multi-skilled teams of the individual and family care. Here we work primarily with adults who, for various reasons, need support and help to achieve a functioning life situation. The team consists of caseworkers with broad expertise in social work in general and specialist expertise in the areas of income support, substance abuse / addiction and LSS / social psychiatry. We are now looking for a committed and driven team leader who can lead a wonderful team of 16 people who, based on their different areas of expertise, work together with the goal of creating a functioning whole for the individual. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES As Team Leader, you will be part of the management team together with the Head of Operations, support functions and other team leaders. You will be responsible for running and developing the business, as well as being responsible for staff, work environment and finances. Together with colleagues, you will develop activities in accordance with legislation, current evidence and in accordance with assignments from political leadership. You are responsible for the team's processing, documentation and planning, as well as follow-up and quality assurance of activities in accordance with current legislation, guidelines, routines, timeframes and delegation regulations. In your role, you provide guidance to staff and are responsible for the budget and work environment. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for people who -Are a social worker or have an adequate university education assessed by the employer with experience of working in the social services' Individual and family care areas of activity and have knowledge of current legislation. -An advantage if you have worked as a manager or have had a supervisory function in the exercise of authority, preferably a documented leadership training and experience of working in a politically controlled organization. -You are an inspiring leader who creates participation and commitment. As a person, you take initiative, act with confidence and work in a solution-focused manner to adapt, develop and run our operations. -You are easy to collaborate with both internally and externally, are clear in your communication and can smoothly convey your message in both speech and writing. -Have strategic ability and structure.
