WORK TASKS Our approach is person-centered and we meet the patient in their home where we make assessments of health status, nursing needs, etc. The work also involves supervising care and care staff in the nursing work. We work closely with primary care and psychiatry on our patients, but also within the work group together with nursing colleagues, physiotherapists, occupational therapists and unit managers. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who are a registered nurse, meritorious with work experience and / or further education in open health care, geriatrics and psychiatry, but this is not a requirement. We attach great importance to your personal qualities and interest in our activities. As a person, you should be confident, structured and flexible.
