Job Responsibilities Within Housing and Support, you can work as a Trainee, Habilitation Specialist, or Rehabilitation Specialist. Here, your clients may include both older and younger people with disabilities. Depending on where you work, your workplace may be at a group home, assisted living facility, short-term/recreational facility, or in the client’s own home. Examples of job duties include supporting clients in their daily lives and leisure activities, as well as providing care and support. The duties are standard tasks typically found in the healthcare and social services sector. Scheduled work hours (day, evening, and weekend shifts; night shifts and on-call duty may also be required). QUALIFICATIONS You must be at least 18 years old, and it is advantageous if you have an educational background in the Nursing Program or equivalent, or if you have previous experience working in healthcare. Knowledge and experience with medication management and having been responsible for dispensing medication are also advantageous. As a person, we want you to be flexible, attentive to others’ needs, meticulous, service-oriented, solution-focused, and have a positive demeanor. You also collaborate easily with your manager, colleagues, and other professional groups, and you can work just as effectively independently as in a team. During your shift, you will have ultimate responsibility for ensuring that residents receive safe and secure care. A good command of the Swedish language is required, both spoken and written. If you are selected for the position, you will be offered an orientation program. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. A Class B driver’s license is a plus. Employment Type: Fixed-term employment. Duration: 11 days – 3 months; Start Date: Recruitment is ongoing, and the start date is negotiable.
