JOB DUTIES
Here, you’ll support our clients in their daily lives based on their approved needs in their own homes. Your clients may include both older and younger individuals with disabilities. Examples of job duties include supporting clients in their daily lives, leisure activities, and providing health and social care. The duties are standard tasks typically found in the health and social care sector.
Work schedules vary and may include day, evening, weekend, or night shifts, as well as on-call shifts or 24-hour shifts.
QUALIFICATIONS
You must be at least 18 years old, and it is advantageous if you have an educational background in the Nursing Program or equivalent, or if you have previous experience working in healthcare. As a person, we want you to be flexible, attentive to others’ needs, meticulous, service-oriented, solution-focused, and have a positive demeanor. You also collaborate easily with managers, colleagues, and other professional groups, and you can work just as effectively independently as in a team. During your shift, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that the client receives safe and secure care.
Proficiency in Swedish is required, both spoken and written; some clients may be able to communicate with English-speaking staff. If you’re selected for the position, you’ll be offered an orientation.
We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
A Class B driver’s license is a plus, as we have clients who live outside central Boden.
Employment type: Fixed-term employment.
Duration: 11 days – 3 months; start date: Recruitment is ongoing, and the start date is negotiable.
