Read more about what we offer at www.boden.se/jobbaiboden 10 position(s). JOB DUTIES The Social Services Department is seeking hourly temporary staff for Senior Housing/Short-Term Care. In Senior Housing/Short-Term Care, you will work as a Nursing Assistant, Care Assistant, or trainee. Examples of job duties include assisting residents with hygiene, dressing, preparing meals, and performing nursing and care tasks. In short-term care, duties may also include rehabilitation and respite care. QUALIFICATIONS You must be at least 18 years old, and it is advantageous if you have an educational background in a nursing program or equivalent, or if you have previous experience working in healthcare. It is advantageous if you have knowledge and experience with medication management and have been authorized to administer medication. As a person, we are looking for someone who is flexible, attentive to others’ needs, meticulous, service-oriented, solution-focused, and has a positive demeanor. You also collaborate easily with your manager, colleagues, and other professional staff, and you can work just as effectively independently as in a team. During your shift, you will have ultimate responsibility for ensuring that residents receive safe and secure care. Proficiency in the Swedish language is required, both spoken and written. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. If you are selected for the position, you will be offered an orientation program. Employment Type: Fixed-term position.
