JOB DUTIES Work tasks Team Stöd is the individual and family care's overall open care consisting of several different activities. We work with efforts without needs assessment and assistance efforts in multi-competent teams with the aim of achieving a functioning whole for the individual / family. The team includes therapists specializing in children, young people and adults. The team also includes some external activities with different specializations. We are looking for you who want to work as a therapist with us and be part of a team of talented and ambitious employees. As a therapist specializing in adults, you will work primarily with adults with substance abuse and addiction problems. The work includes psychosocial support, motivation and treatment work as well as support and treatment conversations individually and in groups, primarily with adults and their networks. Some work may take place outside working hours. QUALIFICATIONS Social worker/educator/behavioral scientist or other education deemed adequate by the employer. Experience of working with children, young people and families is an advantage. We attach great importance to personal suitability. Driving license is required. Of course, everyone who wants to works full time. Individual and family care has a local agreement on shortened working hours, which means that we work until 16:00 on all working days of the year, but with retained salary for full-time work.
