WORK TASKS Team Stöd is the individual and family care's overall open care consisting of several different activities. We work with the implementation of assistance measures in multi-competent teams with the aim of achieving a functioning whole for the individual/family. The team includes therapists specializing in children, young people and adults. Within the team there are also some external activities with different specializations. We are looking for you who want to work as a therapist with us and be part of a team of talented and ambitious employees. You will work with support, motivation and treatment work with young people aged 13-20 and their families, but also a lot with prevention and outreach activities. You should have a desire to support young people in vulnerable situations. Part of the work is also various forms of support in parenting and some parts of the work are carried out in the client's home environment. Based on the new Social Services Act, our working methods will increasingly include preventive, outward-looking and outreach work, which means some flexibility in both working hours and working methods. There is a solid foundation of routines and established methods in our business, but we also like to develop new ways of working to constantly adapt to the needs of society. QUALIFICATIONS Social worker/educator/behavioral scientist or other education deemed adequate by the employer. Experience of working with children, young people and families is an advantage.
