We warmly welcome your application! 1 position(s). JOB DUTIES The Individual and Family Care Support Team’s comprehensive outpatient services consist of a number of different programs. The team consists of therapists specializing in children, youth, and adults; treatment assistants/field workers; and some external programs. This position is part of a team that provides psychosocial and employment-promoting support for adults. The team currently consists of two people. We are seeking 1.0 treatment assistant/field worker whose focus will be on intensive, everyday-life-oriented work grounded in psychosocial support. Psychosocial support involves assisting clients in their daily lives by providing structure and routines, as well as support to maintain sobriety. An important part of the job is supporting clients with employment and work. The position also includes conducting home visits where the Individual and Family Care Services department is responsible for the lease. You must be committed to helping people in vulnerable situations. Some evening and weekend work may be required depending on the needs of the program. QUALIFICATIONS Training as a treatment assistant, social educator, or other equivalent education. Experience working with people with substance abuse and addiction issues is a plus. We place great emphasis on personal suitability; the position requires a high degree of flexibility and the ability to collaborate. A driver’s license is required.
