The Retirement Homes business area comprises 4 homes. Erikslunden's dementia home consists of three departments, Parken 18 apartments, Bersån 18 apartments and Allén 18 apartments. The home also has its own nurse, occupational therapist and physiotherapist responsible for the area
The management team consists of the head of operations, 8 unit managers and support functions for staffing and scheduling, Welcome with your application!
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
In your role as Unit Manager, you will work independently to run, manage and develop the business. You report directly to the head of operations and you are part of the management team of the retirement home. The assignment includes responsibility for operations, quality, personnel, finances and work environment.
As a unit manager, you are expected to work according to set goals and strive to develop the business together with your unit manager colleague, employees, colleagues and other professional categories.
Your qualities

You have a strategic ability and are good at seeing the big picture, have a desire and drive to develop and quality assure the business to meet both existing and future challenges in elderly care.
You are responsive and present as a leader with the ability to handle both factual issues and employees in a professional manner.
You can develop the business based on political goals and assignments and have a clear user focus.
You communicate clearly in both speech and writing. We attach great importance to your personal suitability.
A B driving license is required.
QUALIFICATIONS
You must have a suitable university education and/or other experience deemed equivalent by the employer.
You have a good knowledge of Swedish.
A B driving license is a requirement.
Knowledge and experience of working in the health and social care sector. Previous management experience. Experience of IT systems in personnel, finance and administration.
