Housing and support services
Includes 22 homes, LSS group housing, special housing for social psychiatry, short-term leisure time for children and young people, housing support and recruitment of contact persons, contact families, companionship, relief. The area also has its own HSL staff and rehabilitation staff.
The management group consists of 10 unit managers and support functions for staffing, scheduling, other LSS initiatives and method support.

WORK TASKS
We are looking for a unit manager with management experience for LSS group housing. You will be the head of a unit with LSS homes.
As a unit manager, you lead, develop and follow up the business to achieve set goals. You are responsible for budget, staff, work environment and business development. Together with the employees, you work for quality according to the laws LSS, SOL and HSL as a basis. You are responsible for planning activities based on current legislation and the municipality's objectives and steering documents. You have a clear and close leadership that is characterized by cooperation, coordination and development. The assignment includes leading and, together with the employees, developing quality work based on the needs of the user. Together with other managers in the organization's management team, you drive common operational issues from a holistic perspective. You are responsible for ensuring that collaboration is conducted internally and externally.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for you with an adequate university education in social work or other university education that is considered equivalent. You have several years of management experience and experience in the field of disability and neuropsychiatry. You need to have knowledge and experience of working based on LSS, SOL and HSL. You have experience of goal management and good knowledge of method and quality work and understand the importance of follow-up and evaluation.
You create clarity, participation and motivate your employees. You have the ability to inspire staff groups to develop and change. You are outgoing and can interact with staff, users, guardians, trustees and relatives in a way that creates trust. You should have good written and oral communication skills and be familiar with IT-based business systems.
Great importance will be attached to personal suitability.
