You will be one of three unit managers for personal assistance. You will be part of the management team of the business area. Welcome with your application! DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES As Head of Unit, you will manage, develop and follow up the activities to achieve set goals. You are responsible for budget, staff, work environment and business development. Together with the employees, you work for quality development with the LSS Act as a basis. As head of unit, you are responsible for planning activities on the basis of current legislation and the municipality's objectives and steering documents. You have a clear and close leadership that is characterized by cooperation, coordination and development. The assignment includes leading and, together with the employees, developing quality work based on the needs of the user. Together with other managers in the organization's management team, you drive common operational issues from a holistic perspective. You are responsible for ensuring that collaboration is conducted internally and externally. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you with an adequate university education in social work or other university education that is deemed equivalent. You have managerial experience and experience in the field of disability. You have experience of management by objectives and good knowledge of methodology and quality work and understand the importance of follow-up and evaluation. You have good leadership skills. You have the ability to inspire staff groups to develop and change. You create clarity, participation and motivate your staff. You are outgoing and can interact with staff, users and relatives in a way that builds trust. You must be able to express yourself well in speech and writing and be used to handling IT-based business systems. Great importance will be attached to personal suitability. It is an advantage if you have experience of being a manager in the field of personal assistance, LSS. B driving license is required.
