The Individ Team within the Individual and Family Care Department of the Municipality of Boden works primarily with adults who, for various reasons, need support and assistance to achieve a functional life situation. The team consists of caseworkers with broad expertise in social work and specialized expertise in the areas of income support, substance abuse/addiction, and LSS/social psychiatry. We are seeking a social worker specializing in adult services for Team Individ, as one of our colleagues will soon become a parent. Team Individ currently has 3.0 social workers specializing in adults, 2.0 social workers specializing in young adults, and a lead social worker in the field. With us, you’ll be an important part of a multidisciplinary team of 16 people who, drawing on their diverse areas of expertise, work together toward the goal of creating a functional whole for each individual. We offer an exciting and responsible role in a positive team with strong cohesion.
