Your Role
We are currently seeking an Operations Technician whose primary responsibilities will be within ABB control systems. As an Operations Technician, you’ll work closely with both operations and maintenance teams focused on crushing & feed systems as well as the concentrator, with an emphasis on coordination and development on the shop floor. The role is independent and varied, where you will drive improvement efforts, lead initiatives, and ensure that work adheres to our procedures, processes, and high safety standards.
Collaboration is a central part of the role—you’ll have many points of contact and help create clarity, structure, and momentum in the operations

You’ll be part of a small team with a broad range of responsibilities and will have many points of contact, both internally and externally. The work is scheduled during daytime hours.
We are seeking another colleague for the position of Operations Technician for gates, overhead cranes, and elevators, as well as grating and railings—see separate job posting.

Requirements:
Experience with purchasing machinery/equipment and a maintenance system, such as Maximo, is a plus.
