Your role

In the role of administrator, you are the hub of the Truck Workshop's administrative work. You handle invoices, work in our maintenance systems, prepare and follow up purchase orders and produce KPIs. You support group managers and the operations manager administratively and have a close dialogue with internal support functions and external suppliers.

Your tasks

You will, among other things:

  • Manage invoices.
  • Work in our maintenance systems to create and administer orders.
  • Request quotes from suppliers.
  • Prepare, create and follow up on purchase requests and investment documents.
  • Develop KPIs and compile reports.
  • Support to managers in risk analysis, documentation and follow-up.
  • Drive and contribute to improvement work in processes and working methods.

Requirements

  • High school education with a focus on economics or equivalent post-secondary education.
  • Good computer skills, especially in Office programs.
  • Experience of invoice management and work in maintenance systems.
  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English in speech and writing.
  • B driving license.

Experience with the Maximo maintenance system and budget work is an advantage.
