Your role:

As Application Manager, you will lead and coordinate the management of our applications with a focus on usability, efficiency, security and continuous development. You are responsible for driving local application governance in line with Boliden Rönnskär's policies and standards, and provide support in the implementation of our new IT operational model.

Your tasks:

• Coordinate and drive application management - from planning to implementation.
• Proactively identify areas for improvement and manage support cases.
• Support business initiated projects with advice, access and documentation.
• Contribute to the development of other applications where dependencies exist.
• Lead and support the change process according to ITIL.
• Promote automation via ITSM tools and ensure complete documentation.
• Maintain contact with internal business representatives and external suppliers.
• Actively contribute to IT security efforts.

Your team:

The position is a full-time, permanent position located at Rönnskär. You report to the IT Manager and become part of a small team where we together drive the development of smarter and more efficient Agile methods and working methods. Here, everyday life is characterized by collaboration, team spirit and a genuine commitment - with a common desire to contribute to development.

Your contribution:

We would like you to have a relevant college or university education in IT, systems science, computer technology, or have acquired equivalent knowledge through work experience. Important for the role is also that you have previous experience of working in IT and with project management and have an interest in both technology and business development.

To succeed in the role, you are self-driven, take initiative and have a strong drive. You see change and development as an opportunity and have a solution-oriented approach with the ability to see the big picture.

You communicate clearly, collaborate well with different stakeholders and contribute to a positive working environment. Your sense of service, willingness to learn and ability to think long-term make you an important part of our team.

Advantages:

• Basic knowledge of Windows Server and Microsoft Azur
• Experience in project management or other leadership
• Experience working with Agile methods and ITIL processes
