Your Role

As an AV and Workplace Specialist, you’ll be an important part of our local IT support team in Aitik. You’ll work closely with the business and help ensure our colleagues have a stable, seamless, and user-friendly experience with our workplace services.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for conference rooms, AV equipment, printer solutions, information displays, and KVM solutions, among other things. You’ll combine technology, service, and problem-solving in a day-to-day work environment where your efforts make a tangible difference for our users.

Your Team

You’ll be part of a local IT team in Aitik and work closely with colleagues in IT, the business, and external vendors. Together, you’ll work to create functional, sustainable, and user-friendly technical solutions that support the business’s daily needs.

Your Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot conference rooms and AV equipment.
• Provide user support related to AV, conference rooms, printers, and Office-related services, among other things.
• Work with the operation and development of information displays, printer solutions, and KVM solutions.
• Coordinate service, procurement, and vendor relations within your area.
• Document procedures and workflows to ensure that solutions are easy to use and manage.
• Contribute to improvements that reduce operational disruptions and create a better user experience.

Your contribution

We’re looking for someone who is curious about technology and enjoys helping others. You don’t need to know everything from the start—the most important thing is that you have a service-oriented approach, take responsibility, and want to grow alongside us.

To thrive in this role, we believe you are solution-oriented, organized, and confident when interacting with different people. You enjoy organizing, following up on issues, and finding practical solutions when something isn’t working as it should.

We’d like you to have:

• Completed high school education.
• Experience with end-user IT support, AV technology, technical service, or similar tasks.
• An interest in technology, troubleshooting, and problem-solving.
• Good command of Swedish and English.
• Class B driver’s license.

Experience in the following areas is a plus:

• Microsoft Teams Rooms or other conference room technology.
• Printers and printing solutions.
• Digital signage or information displays.
• Basic networking and installation technology.
• Vendor relations or coordination with external partners.
