Your role:
As a Business Developer at Boliden Aitik, you’ll hold a central position driving the development of our work methods and processes forward. You’ll identify opportunities for improvement, support the business in change initiatives, and ensure that our processes align with our strategic goals. Together with managers and colleagues, you’ll build strong bridges between day-to-day operations and management’s strategic decisions.
Your responsibilities:
- Analyze and develop the organization’s processes and work methods.
- Lead and facilitate workshops, and support change projects and improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with various parts of the organization to identify needs and opportunities.
- Follow up on and evaluate the effects of implemented measures.
- Contribute to developing and managing our management system.
- Coordinate and drive efforts related to ISO audits.
Your contribution:
We’re looking for someone who is analytical, communicative, and skilled at building trust. Collaboration is important to you, and you recognize the value of leveraging individuals’ expertise and perspectives. You have the ability to visualize and explain complex relationships. We see that you thrive in both strategic and operational roles and that you have a strong desire to make a difference in our organization.
Requirements:
- Relevant college degree in, for example, economics, occupational health and safety, organization, or engineering.
- Experience in business development, change management, or project management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Swedish and English.
- Proficiency with computers and knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
- Manual Class B driver’s license.
Experience in leadership and working in the industrial sector is a plus. We also view the following experience favorably:
- LEAN.
- Agile work methods.
- Incident investigations.
- Process mapping.
