Your role:

We are now looking for a Property Manager to join our Office and Facilities team in Boliden! With us, you will have the opportunity to become an important cog in a dedicated team that together is responsible for the maintenance, service and care of the company's properties. As a caretaker, you have an active role in the business with many contact areas and varied assignments - where no two days are the same. To fit in this role, we see that you are a curious and committed person with a natural sense of service. Finding solutions to problems and delivering results of the highest quality is therefore a matter of course for you. You are reliable, thorough and have the ability to see what needs to be done and take responsibility for getting it done. Your team:

You will be part of the Office and Facilities section, a dedicated team of eight employees and a section manager. The section currently manages 15 industrial properties and office premises, focusing on issues relating to both the operation and development of these environments. The section's tasks also include the management of office and conference equipment, reception, mail and freight handling, as well as the operation of the car pool and Brukshotellet's activities. In your role, you will work closely with your colleagues and you will plan and organize your work together. In the team, we value good cooperation and a working environment where everyone supports each other to achieve our common goals.

Your duties:

• Continuous supervision of our properties (both internal and external environment).
• Management and preventive maintenance.
• Carrying out minor repairs and maintenance work.
• Office services, including handling equipment, coffee machines, etc.
• Snow clearing and de-icing during the winter months.
• Active participation in development and improvement work within the section.

Your contribution:

• High school education with a focus on construction or real estate, or previous experience of working in property maintenance.
• Previous experience of ongoing maintenance.
• Communication skills in Swedish and English.
• Good skills to work with IT-based tools and systems.
• B driving license.

It is meritorious if you have practical experience of property maintenance, as well as knowledge of ventilation, alarms, sprinklers and boiler operator training.
