Your role:

We are now looking for a driven Construction Technician who likes to take responsibility and appreciates variety in everyday life. In the role you work with the daily maintenance of our properties. The tasks vary from simple service efforts to more extensive construction. The work is carried out both at our facilities and in a workshop environment.

You plan and carry out repairs and perform simple inspections of our facilities, e.g. roof inspections. In the case of minor remodeling, you are responsible for the implementation of the assignment, including the preparation of relevant documents and ordering of materials.

Your team:

You will work in a committed team where cooperation and responsibility are key values. The position involves close interaction with both immediate colleagues and other departments.

Working hours are during the day, Monday-Friday, and some of the work may take place outdoors.

Requirements:

• High school education with a focus on construction technology or the equivalent
• Practical experience in the construction industry
• Communication skills in Swedish and English
• Driving license for passenger car

It is meritorious with hot work, experience of scissor and boom lifting, traverse and chainsaw.
