Your Role
As a Construction Worker at Rönnskär, you’ll play a central role in creating a safe, functional, and sustainable facility. You’ll work on a wide range of construction-related tasks and support the entire operation with both maintenance and various types of construction projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment where you can apply both your technical expertise and your ability to find solutions in everyday situations.
We are offering a temporary position for 6 months with good opportunities for extension. The position is during daytime hours, and on-call duty is part of the role.
Your team
You’ll be part of the Construction and Real Estate team, where you’ll work alongside 12 dedicated and experienced construction workers. Together, you’ll support the entire Rönnskär organization with various construction-related tasks and help ensure that operations run safely and efficiently.
Your Responsibilities
As a construction worker, you’ll work on various construction projects within Rönnskär’s operations. The work includes preventive and corrective maintenance, new construction, and modifications to buildings and facilities. You will also set up scaffolding, fabricate supplies, and perform various carpentry tasks. In addition, you’ll contribute to the team’s ongoing development efforts and actively participate in meetings and training sessions.

Requirements:
