Your role

As a Construction Worker at Rönnskär, you will play a central role in creating a safe, functional and sustainable facility. You work with a wide range of construction-related assignments and support the entire business with both maintenance and various types of construction projects. The role is suitable for those who thrive in a varied environment where you get to use both your technical skills and your ability to find solutions in everyday life.

Your team

You will be part of the Maintenance Support section and belong to the team within Construction and Real Estate. Here you work together with a dedicated and experienced team of 12 construction workers who together support the entire Rönnskär with various construction-related work. The team has a strong focus on creating and maintaining a good working environment - where cooperation, safety and high quality are at the center.


Your tasks

As a construction worker, you work with various construction assignments within Rönnskär's operations. The work includes preventive and remedial maintenance, new construction and adaptations of buildings and facilities. You also perform scaffolding construction, manufacturing of supplies and various carpentry work. In addition, you will contribute to the group's ongoing development work and actively participate in meetings and training.


Your contribution

  • High school education in construction or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience in construction or scaffolding work is an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
  • B-driving license.


It is also meritorious with training in:

  • Scaffolding construction up to 9 meters
  • Mobile workplace forms
  • Safe lifting
  • Fall protection
  • Truck license
