Do you want to work with modern mining technology and contribute to safe and efficient production? We are now looking for a crusher and conveyor operator for our plant in Renström. With us, you will be part of a close-knit team that works with both new and existing equipment underground.

Your role

As a crusher and conveyor operator, you are responsible for the operation, maintenance and monitoring of our rock haulage from the mine. You work closely with colleagues in a team where problem solving and cooperation are a natural part of everyday life. The role also involves simpler maintenance work and work during maintenance stops of the operation. Working hours are shifts 7/7 with morning and afternoon week, standby occurs 3 days/4 weeks period.

Your tasks

• Operation and maintenance of crushing plant and belt transport
• Rounding and monitoring of feeding systems during operation
• Simple maintenance and troubleshooting
• Reporting and logging in maintenance systems
• Coordination between departments
• Tractor driving both above and below ground.

Your contribution

We are looking for you who are responsible, careful and attentive. You appreciate variety in your work and have a high level of safety awareness. Furthermore, you have good communication skills and enjoy working both independently and in small groups.

Qualification requirements are:

• High school diploma, preferably in industry, technology or vehicles
• Experience from mining, process industry or heavy industry
• Ability to handle control systems, machines and simple troubleshooting
• Ability to cope with heavy lifting and working at heights with safety equipment
• Basic computer skills
• Fluent language skills in Swedish and basic understanding in English
• B-driving license

It is meritorious with:

• Good knowledge of hydraulics and competence in welding
• Knowledge of Maximo or similar maintenance system
• Experience in mine logistics
