Job duties

In the role of engineer specializing in Landfill, you will have a decisive importance for the future and sustainability of our business. Your work will cover a wide range of duties related to tailings disposal and dam safety. You will be responsible for planning and managing the deposition process, which includes developing deposition plans, following up on results and conducting sampling according to our control program. An important part of your work is also to prevent risks of dust incidents and to plan and coordinate measures for dust control.

In order to constantly improve and develop our working methods, you will drive improvement work in your area. You will also be involved in projects related to dam safety and water management. Your ability to work independently and take initiative is essential, as much of your work will be done on your own initiative. You will have many contacts, both internally and externally, which requires good collaboration skills and a natural inclination for collaboration.

Education experience

We are looking for you who have a technical college or civil engineering degree with a focus that is suitable for the position. It is advantageous if you have previous work experience in the disposal area as well as experience from the mining industry or process operations. You should be committed, thorough and structured in your work. Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written, is a requirement, as well as good computer skills. A B driving license is also a requirement for the position.

The work is mainly scheduled for daytime, but flexibility to work at other times may sometimes be required.
