Your role

We are now strengthening the organization with an Electric Power Engineer for Aitik. We have an important mission to ensure that the business processes and facilities work optimally. At the same time, we work continuously with continuous improvements to achieve world-class production.

As an Electrical Power Engineer, you have a varied and eventful role where you work with the development, planning and preventive maintenance of the electrical plant. The assignment includes maintaining and optimizing the availability of our electric power systems.

Your tasks

- Design of electrical systems in the plant

- Electrification and energy optimization of our plants

- Investigate, identify and propose appropriate solutions to problems

- Planning of electrical maintenance work

- Coordinating function between engineering departments regarding work methods, systematic electrical safety work and compliance

- Coordination of contacts and orders with network suppliers, authorities, consultants and technical services

- Driving/participating in projects as a technical specialist

Your contribution

Requirements and qualifications

- Degree in civil or university engineering, or equivalent experience, in power/electrical engineering, with competencies in areas such as dimensioning, project planning, design and power grid construction. Experience of maintenance, preferably in the process industry and knowledge of systematic maintenance is an advantage. Experience of electrical systems in mines and processing plants would be an advantage.

- Knowledge of systematic electrical safety work

- Good communication skills in Swedish and English

- Driving license for passenger car
