Boliden Rönnskär in Skelleftehamn is one of the world's most efficient smelters that extracts metals from raw materials from mines and various types of recycled materials. Above all, copper, gold, silver, lead, zinc clinker and sulfur products are produced. Rönnskär currently has approximately 900 employees.

Job duties

The electrical department at Rönnskär needs to be strengthened with more electricians in both the electrical and instrument units. We are looking for both you who are brand new electricians and you who have previous experience, and we welcome both high-voltage and low-voltage skills!

As an electrician, you work with preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, assembly and service work at Rönnskär's facilities in close collaboration with the production departments. You work with the development of working methods, working methods and equipment in the area and are involved in the department's ongoing improvement work, preparedness and duty within the First response activities (action in the event of an accident) can occur by agreement.

You work together with other electricians, technicians and engineers and report to the unit manager. You work for a good working environment, cooperation and efficiency.

Education and qualifications

To be eligible for the position, you need:

· High school education with an electrical orientation or education that is considered equivalent, preferably some supplementary education

· Master Swedish and English in speech and writing

· B driving license

It is advantageous if you have previously worked in one or more areas below:

· Experience of working with high voltage

· Experience of working with frequency converters and UPS

· Experience of working in control systems, e.g. ABB 800xA

· Experience of working with measurement technology, control and regulation technology

· Experience in process automation (instruments, electricity)

· Experience of working with analytical instruments (gas, ph, redox etc.)

· Experience of working with shell protection, weak current, ITV
