Your role:
As an Accounts Payable Assistant, you work independently and purposefully with your tasks, while supporting the organization in various invoice issues and contributing with your specialist knowledge. The role involves working in a dynamic environment where accuracy, analytical skills and good communication are key to success.
Working with a dedicated team, you will be involved in developing and improving working methods and processes, and you will also have a wide network of contacts through collaboration with colleagues throughout the organization.

The position is a temporary full-time position until September 30, 2027. The role is located in Boliden, where you report to the Accounts Payable Manager and become part of a strong team of 15 people, characterized by commitment and collaboration. With development as a guiding principle, you are together responsible for the central accounting function within accounts payable for all of Boliden Mineral's operations.
Your contribution:
We would like you to have an academic education or a YH degree in finance, or that you have built up equivalent competence through relevant work experience. In addition to this, you have a few years of experience working in accounts payable.
To succeed in the role, you are proactive, flexible and have good collaboration skills. You are curious about future solutions and open to change. We are looking for you who are responsible, structured and thorough, with the ability to quickly notice deviations in flows. You are also solution-oriented and find it easy to engage and involve others in the improvement work.
Requirements for the role are that you master both Swedish and English in speech and writing. Since travel to our other facilities may occur, you also need to have a B driving license. It is also advantageous if you have experience of working in Microsoft Dynamics 365, IBM Maximo or Basware.
