Your role:
In the role of Accounts Payable Assistant, you will be a key member of our accounts payable team. You will be responsible for managing and following up on invoice flows with high quality and accuracy, while also providing support and guidance on invoice-related issues to the business. To thrive in this role, you need to enjoy a varied workday where structure, problem-solving, and strong collaboration skills are key success factors.

Your responsibilities:
Your team:
This is a full-time, permanent position based in Boliden. You will report to the Accounts Payable Manager and become part of a strong team of 15 people characterized by commitment and collaboration. With development as your guiding principle, you will be jointly responsible for the central accounts payable function for all of Boliden Minerals’ operations.
Your contribution:
We prefer that you have a university degree or a vocational college (YH) degree in economics, or that you have developed equivalent skills through relevant work experience. In addition, you have several years of experience working with accounts payable.
To succeed in this role, you are proactive, flexible, and a good team player. You are curious about future solutions and open to change. We are looking for someone who is responsible, organized, and meticulous, with the ability to quickly identify discrepancies in workflows. You are also solution-oriented and find it easy to engage and get others on board with improvement efforts.
A requirement for this role is fluency in both spoken and written Swedish and English. Since travel to our other facilities may be required, you must also hold a Class B driver’s license. Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365, IBM Maximo, or Basware is also a plus.
