Your role:
In this role, you will independently and purposefully drive the work in accounts payable, while supporting the organization in invoice issues and contributing with your expertise. You will work in a dynamic environment where accuracy, analytical skills and good communication are essential for success. Together with a dedicated team, you will develop and improve processes, with a wide network of contacts throughout the organization.
Your tasks:
- Post incoming supplier invoices.
- Ensure that invoices contain correct information, such as invoice number, date, reference, amount and coding.
- Create and manage payment files to bank.
- Verify invoices against purchase orders and check that goods or services have been received before payment is made.
- Contribute to improvement work on processes and working methods within accounts payable.
Your team:
The position is a full-time, permanent position based in Boliden. You will report to the Accounts Payable Manager and be part of a strong team of 15 people, where commitment and collaboration are high on the agenda. With development in focus, you are together responsible for the central accounting function within accounts payable for all of Boliden Mineral's operations.
Your contribution:
We would like to see that you have an academic education or YH education in finance, or have acquired equivalent knowledge through relevant work experience. In addition, you have a few years of experience working in accounts payable.
To succeed in the role, you are proactive, flexible and have good collaboration skills, while being curious about future solutions and open to change. We are looking for you who are responsible, structured and thorough, with the ability to quickly notice deviations in flows. You are solution-oriented and find it easy to involve others in the improvement work.
Requirements for the role are that you master Swedish and English in both speech and writing. Since travel to our other facilities may occur, you also need to have a B-driving license. Experience of working in Microsoft Dynamics 365, IBM Maximo or Basware is an advantage.
