Your role:

Do you want to be part of taking operational safety development to the next level at the Renströms mine? As a Mobile Machinery Supervisor, you will play a key role in leading and inspiring your team towards common goals. You have personnel responsibility for a team of eight mechanics where you are expected to implement and follow up on working methods, take responsibility for scheduling work orders and be the one who leads and follows up the team's work so that the weekly plan becomes a reality. Here you will have the chance to develop as a leader and contribute to creating a workplace where improvement and commitment are at the center.

Your team:

You will be part of a close-knit and committed team that together is responsible for the maintenance of our production vehicles underground. Here, mechanics, processors and supervisors work together and you have many contacts both inside and outside the mine. Together you ensure that operations run smoothly and that safety is always in focus. Your tasks:

  • Act as gatekeeper and, schedule and follow up on work orders
  • Ensure that the weekly schedule is carried out according to plan (staff, premises, times)
  • Manage and redistribute resources in the event of emergencies
  • Manage deviations and adjust plans as needed and communicate changes to the customer
  • Support mechanics and prioritize during calls
  • Create good conditions for employees to thrive and do a good job
  • Contribute and participate in the strategic work of the section and department including budget
  • Approve purchases and invoices according to authorization rules
  • Implement and follow up working methods according to the decided maintenance process

Your contribution:

It is an advantage if you have experience in leading teams and enjoy taking responsibility for both people and processes. You have good knowledge of machines, maintenance work and the maintenance process, and are used to working in a structured way even when the pace is high and conditions change. You communicate clearly and collaborate easily with different people, both within and outside your own work area. You are curious about finding new solutions and improving ways of working, and you always have safety in focus - both for yourself and for your colleagues.
