Your role
In the role of Forest and Land Coordinator, you will have overall responsibility for managing and developing Boliden's land and forest holdings and ensuring access to land that is strategically important for our mining operations. You independently manage the entire real estate process - where negotiation is a central part - from valuation and land balance to investment documentation, agreements and land surveys.
With your solid expertise in real estate law, you are responsible for drawing up, reviewing and quality-assuring various types of agreements and leases. You also act as a specialist and advisor in real estate legal issues in both internal and external projects, where you confidently represent Boliden in dialogues and negotiations with various stakeholders.
We are looking for you who work in a structured and businesslike manner, with high integrity and good judgment. You are self-driven, have strong negotiation skills and a very good ability to build long-term relationships and build trust. Your team
The position is a permanent full-time position based in Boliden. You will report to the Head of Land Use and Community Relations and be part of a dedicated team of eight people.
Together you will be responsible for forest management, real estate issues, social sustainability, biodiversity and GIS (Geographical Information Systems) coordination across all of Boliden's mining operations - a mission where collaboration, competence and development are in focus.
