Your role

As an R&M Technician, you will strive to improve the operational safety of the production equipment at Crusher and Infreight, including incident reporting and risk assessments. This includes performing condition checks, vibration measurements, temperature measurements, ultrasonic measurements and thermography. You will check and document repairs carried out on components and production equipment. Other administrative work also takes place in the form of drawing up and updating instructions and preparing the basis for the plant's technical documentation.

Together with the maintenance and operations organization, you will conduct systematic improvement work. For this, you will produce documentation through root cause analysis in the event of malfunctions and analyzes on process equipment.


Your team

You will be part of a dedicated team consisting of Technicians, Lubrication Technicians and Inspection Technicians. You report to the Supervisor for Preventive Maintenance. The work is mainly done in the plants, but there are also administrative parts. The position is for a permanent position and the working hours are scheduled for daytime with flex.

To be qualified for the role, you have...

  • High school education
  • Engineering skills or experience from maintenance and improvement work in heavy industry
  • Communication skills in Swedish and English
  • Driving license for passenger car

It is meritorious if you have previously worked with maintenance systems. If you have previous knowledge of various techniques for condition-based maintenance (eg. Measurements with analysis tools such as SKF Observer), knowledge of the Machinery Directive and / or welding knowledge, it is also meritorious.
