Your role

We are looking for you with leadership experience and who are now ready to take the next step in your career in a role where you can both influence and develop. As the leader of the operator group at Fuming and Klinker in Rönnskär, you will have a crucial mission, to create structure, drive change and build a safe and effective team. You will enter an organization in change, where your experience and leadership will be the key to establishing new ways of working and making the business run smoothly. Here you will have the opportunity to combine operational leadership with strategic development work and help shape the process industry of the future.

Your team

You will lead a group of 22 employees, organized in shift teams with different skill levels and experience backgrounds. As a leader, you will play an important role in creating cohesion, developing the team and ensuring that knowledge is shared and grown. You will also be part of a dedicated team of four unit managers, where collaboration, exchange of experience and shared responsibility for the development of the business are key.

Your tasks

• Lead and develop the operator group in a journey of change
• Establish structures and working methods for a new organization
• Ensure quality and efficiency in production of zinc clinker
• Monitor and control processes within material flows
• Systematically work with work environment and safety
• Collaborate with other functions and contribute to the whole
• Participate in emergency response according to a rolling schedule every 6:week

Your contribution

• High school education with a natural or technical orientation. We would like you to have further education in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
• Leadership experience
• B driving license
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English
• Experience in the process industry is meritorious
• Experience in improvement work is meritorious
