Job duties

In the role of HR Business Partner at Boliden Aitik, you will be a key player in our HR team. You will act as advisor and support to our management teams, helping them navigate HR-related issues. From negotiations and personnel issues to conflict management and team development – ​​your work will be multifaceted and crucial to our success.

You will also play an important role in shaping the future of our employees by developing long-term skills supply plans and training programs. Your strategic thinking will be invaluable as you support and challenge our managers, and your contribution to change management will be critical to our continued growth.

Education experience

To succeed in this role, you should have relevant HR training or experience that the employer deems equivalent. Your experience from HR work as well as in-depth knowledge of labor law and HR processes, combined with practical experience of collective agreements, is crucial for the role. We also value your ability to communicate effectively and build relationships. Driving license at least class B is a requirement.
