Your role
As an HR Business Partner in Aitik, you are a business-oriented support to managers and their management teams. Based on the needs of the business, you translate Boliden's HR strategy into concrete and value-creating initiatives in everyday life. You work closely with the business and actively contribute to developing both the organization and our managers. The role gives you the opportunity to influence - both how HR creates value and how the business develops in the future.
Your team
You will be part of the HR organization in Aitik and work closely with other HR Business Partners, HR specialists and operational HR support functions. The group is characterized by good community, unpretentiousness and a helpful culture where we support each other in everyday life.
