Your role
As a HVAC Mechanic in the Property Department in Aitik, you have a varied and independent role where you work with the operation, supervision and maintenance of HVAC-related systems and facilities. You will be responsible for carrying out rounds, handling fault reports and work orders, and dealing with acute problems such as water leaks and operational faults. The role suits you who thrive on freedom with responsibility, have a practical approach and can quickly adapt when the needs of the business change.
Your team
You will work in a committed team where collaboration, responsibility and flexibility are important parts of everyday life. The position involves close interaction with both colleagues and other departments.
Working hours are during the day, Monday-Friday, and some of the work takes place outdoors.

To succeed in the role, you are self-driven and flexible. You take responsibility for your work and have the ability to plan and prioritize your day, even when conditions change rapidly. You have a good ability to identify and solve problems you face in your work.
Requirements:
It is meritorious if you have experience of mechanical work and simpler welding. If you also have certificates such as hot work, forklift licenses, training for scissor and boom lifts or fall protection, this is also an advantage, but not a requirement. We train in what is required for the position.
