As an industrial worker in Property Services at the Boliden mine in Garpenberg, you will be an important part of our daily maintenance work above ground. Here you get a varied role where you combine practical property-related service with planning your own work. Your role

In the role of industrial worker at Fastighetsservice, you are responsible for ongoing rounding, simpler repairs and remedying faults in our properties. You'll work on a wide range of tasks, from changing handles and troubleshooting gates to handling orders and receiving shipments at the environmental station. The role requires a clear safety focus, good planning skills and the ability to prioritize in an everyday life where needs vary. You will be a central point of contact for the business and contribute greatly to creating a safe and well-functioning work environment.

The position is a fixed-term employment during the day.

Your team

You are part of an experienced team of six people where you have different areas of responsibility. The role is independent but works closely with internal clients, external suppliers, transporters and other functions in the area. You report to the supervisor of the real estate service.

• Perform rounds and plan your own work on a weekly basis
• Remedy faults and carry out simple property maintenance
• Replace handles, handle gates and gates and perform minor construction-related tasks
• Troubleshoot and, if necessary, collaborate with external suppliers
• Manage work orders and documentation in digital systems
• Make orders linked to the environmental station and receive trucks
• Contribute to the development of preventive maintenance

Your contribution

We are looking for you who are handy, structured and thrive in an independent role. You have good communication skills and enjoy creating order in your work. You are curious, driven by improvement work and have a long-term maintenance mindset. Your ability to prioritize and act in a solution-oriented way makes a difference in an everyday life with many incoming cases.

We are looking for you who have:

• High school diploma, preferably education in real estate technology, construction or equivalent
• Work experience in practical work, preferably in real estate service or construction-related work including gates, gates and / or ventilation
• Fluent Swedish, both spoken and written
• B-driving license
• Very good computer skills, if you have worked in maintenance or work order systems, it is meritorious
