Your role
As a maintenance engineer, you work to develop and further develop maintenance work within Boliden Mines. You contribute to both strategic and operational issues related to maintenance strategies, asset management and improvement work.
You analyze needs, identify development opportunities and translate these into concrete measures. The work is done in close collaboration with the business, where you are a support in everyday life and at the same time help to drive development forward together with other functions.
The role involves collaboration with several of our businesses, which means that travel is a natural part of the assignment. You will thus have the opportunity to build relationships, exchange experiences and contribute to development in different parts of the organization.
Your team
You will be part of an experienced and collaborative team consisting of maintenance engineers, mechanical engineers and specialists in maintenance systems such as Maximo and SAP.
The team works closely with production, technology and project activities and is characterized by knowledge sharing, openness and a shared responsibility for development. There is natural support in everyday life and good opportunities to learn from each other.
