For a century, our work has been part of the value chains that shape modern society. At Boliden, we know that the metals we mine and make available will continue to play a crucial role in the future - what matters is how we produce them. Would you like to help shape the future of maintenance?
To meet the challenges of the future and continue to drive improvements in maintenance and operational safety, we are now expanding our maintenance teams at the Boliden enrichment plant and the Renströms mine. We are looking for two committed and analytical maintenance engineers who want to make a difference!
Your role:
As a Maintenance Engineer, you have a central role in ensuring plant availability and long-term development of our production facilities. You work closely with the business and are responsible, together with various stakeholders, for driving improvement work, development projects and contributing to increased operational reliability in our machines and plants. In this role, you will act as an expert in projects and upgrades and support technicians and work groups in their quality and improvement work. You will also carry out analyses and draw up plans to develop and strengthen preventive maintenance. As a maintenance engineer, you will work closely with colleagues on site and with external suppliers. You will also be part of a network for the Boliden area - where you develop processes, working methods and support each other. All to ensure an efficient and sustainable maintenance process throughout the Boliden area.
Anrikningsverket
As a maintenance engineer at Anrikningsverket, you will be part of a team of five employees who supervise, schedule, prepare and carry out maintenance work for Anrikningsverket's fixed facilities. You will work in a dynamic environment where older equipment meets the latest technology, which provides both variety and exciting challenges.
Renströmsgruvan
As a maintenance engineer in Renströmsgruvan - Sweden's deepest mine, you will be part of a team of six employees (Planners, Preparers and Supervisors) who together drive the maintenance work for the mine's fixed facilities and mobile machines - both above and below ground in a unique environment.
