Your Role
As Maintenance Manager, you are responsible for maintenance and warehouse operations at Boliden Bergsöe. You will lead the team and be responsible for creating the conditions for efficient and safe work.
The role is both strategic and operational—you will plan and prioritize daily tasks while driving the development of work methods, processes, and maintenance strategy. You are part of the production management team and report to the production manager.
Your team
You will lead a team of approximately ten employees working in both maintenance and warehousing; work is conducted both during the day and in two shifts. Electrical work is performed by an external contractor; you will coordinate this work with them and be responsible for the overall outcome. The work spans several areas, such as process equipment, vehicles, real estate, and land, which means a great deal of variety in your day-to-day work.
As Maintenance Manager, you will also receive support from a team leader in your operational work, while collaborating closely with other functions within the organization as well as external contractors.

Requirements:
It is advantageous if you have post-secondary education in a relevant field, as well as experience in project management and/or procurement.
