Your role

As a maintenance repairer at Boliden Bergsöe, you will work extensively with maintenance in our plant. The tasks vary from emergency interventions to planned maintenance activities and manufacturing.

You will, among other things, perform:

  • Preventive maintenance and emergency interventions to ensure operation
  • Troubleshooting and repair of equipment
  • Mechanical work, welding and hydraulic and pneumatic-related assignments
  • Work based on drawings and technical documentation
  • Registration and follow-up of work in maintenance systems

The work is very varied - one day you can work out in the plant with welding, the next day in the workshop with fine mechanical components.

Your team

You will be part of an experienced work group of eight people, within Maintenance. Close cooperation takes place within the team and with other functions such as the electrical department. You will work K2; Monday-Friday, morning or afternoon shift.

You have a strong safety mindset and are able to work in a structured way and prioritize in situations where tasks change rapidly. You enjoy working with others and have good communication skills, while being able to work independently when needed. We also see that you are curious, driven and have a desire to develop.

Requirements:

  • High school education, preferably in technology
  • Experience in maintenance work and knowledge of welding and drawing reading
  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English
  • B-driving license

Additional:

  • Experience from the process industry
  • Experience with LEAN, 5S and/or rotor shaft analysis
  • Competence in hydraulics and pneumatics
  • Certificates such as hot work, mobile platforms or fall protection
