Your role:
As Section Manager for Maintenance Technology at Rönnskär, you will have the opportunity to lead a key section in the strategic development of maintenance work. The Maintenance Technology section is a central part of Rönnskär's maintenance organization and has a clear mission: to develop and drive proactive and predictive maintenance with the support of the section's technical and analytical expertise. As Section Manager, you have the overall responsibility for leading the work of the section, ensuring that operations are conducted efficiently and that results are delivered in line with set goals and established processes. The assignment includes responsibility for staff, work environment and budget.
To succeed in the role, you are a structured and committed leader with the ability to create order in a complex business. You are goal-oriented and persistent, and are motivated by driving development and finding sustainable solutions. You are clear in your communication and confident in setting direction, creating expectations and leading work towards set goals. With a strategic and analytical approach, you see the big picture and contribute with insights that develop both working methods and structure. Your ability to inspire and engage others through communicative and solution-oriented leadership is one of your main strengths. We would like to see that you have experience in change management and thrive in an environment where development is a natural part of everyday life.
Your team:
As Head of Section for Maintenance Engineering, you will lead a team of 27 employees, 14 of whom report directly to you. The team consists of maintenance engineers, maintenance specialists, system developers and unit managers. Together with our asset owners, you work proactively on maintenance planning and preventive maintenance. You are part of the Maintenance Management Team and report to the Maintenance Manager.

Previous experience in maintenance, especially in the process or basic industry, is an advantage. Knowledge and previous experience of development and change work is also meritorious.
